Nickel semi-finished products and CNC machining

We already process pure nickel components and nickel alloys according to drawings

small quantities and offer semi-finished products such as rods, rods, foils, plates and sheets

from stock.

Machining nickel presents some challenges.

In order to produce nickel components with high dimensional accuracy according to drawings, high demands are placed on tools and technicians. The processing is not comparable to that of other special and precious metals.

We manufacture pure nickel 99.9% or alloy 200 components primarily for analysis technology, mechanical engineering and research institutes. Pure nickel is not to be confused with nickel-based alloys in which the alloy consists largely of nickel but at least one other element is part of the alloy.

Nickel-based alloys include, among others, Inconel, Hastelloy or Monel. Find out more about these alloys on the following page.
