Even small quantities on customer request
Tungsten has unique properties as a high performance material, including a melting point of 3410°C. Tungsten also has a low vapor pressure at high temperatures and a low coefficient of thermal expansion. Thus, tungsten finds application in a variety of high-temperature products and processes, such as glass-to-metal sealing parts and support parts for lighting and electronics, silicon rectifier bolt mounts, and high-temperature furnace components.
Convince yourself of the quality of our tungsten products.
We supply tungsten anodes and electrodes for electrolysis, electroplating and the generation of X-rays, even in small quantities according to customer requirements. We also manufacture customer-specific different tungsten alloys such as tungsten/rhenium or tungsten/potassium.
Tungsten anodes and electrodes are in stock in various lengths and diameters, the length of the anode is tailored to customer requirements.
There are three different surface processes or surface treatments available for tungsten products. The surface requirement depends on the desired end use.
For anodes and electrodes for electroplating and electrolysis, but also for the generation of X-rays, we recommend the finished or polished surface.
Tungsten Black: The surface is "as pressed" or "as drawn" and contains a coating of processing lubricants and oxides.
Tungsten Finished: The surface is chemically cleaned to remove all lubricants and oxides.
Tungsten polished: The surface is polished, all surface changes and coatings that have occurred during the manufacturing process have been removed. A precise diameter can be achieved with this method.
We are happy to offer you other shapes and products made of tungsten on request.
Tungsten anodes and electrodes in different diameters and lengths for electrolysis, electroplating, generation of X-rays.
In addition to rod-shaped anodes, we also supply wire anodes as sheet metal or according to your individual drawing.
Pure tungsten or tungsten alloy?
Let us advise you whether pure tungsten 99.99% or a tungsten alloy is the right material for your application. In addition to pure tungsten 99.99%, we offer all common tungsten alloys.
(with rhenium, potassium and hafnium carbide)
such as W75/Re25, W95/Re5 ...etc.
All alloys and dimensions on request.
